Expert Witness

PIER Consulting offers Expert Witness services in respect of construction and engineering contracts, covering disputes arising from contract, quantum, loss and expense, programme, management, project management, administration and technical matters.

PIER Consulting’s Director, Richard Inman, sits on the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) panel of accredited construction expert witnesses.

In addition to Richard having been appointed as an expert witness, PIER Consulting also advises and supports parties in respective of expert witness matters.
